We first had Big Papa Jais BBQ at the first annual Pine Barrens Marker Fest. That BBQ Parfait, OMG So delicious! We enjoyed the food so much we had them Cater some of our wedding menu It was a hard choice with so many yummy options to choose from but ended up getting several trays of BBQ pork and even some banana pudding. I was at rowan, not hungry, but when i saw the food getting handed out to people i still wasn’t hungry. My friend forced me to eat because i had a long night ahead, so i ate the pork mac and cheese. From the first time my husband contacted Jaime through to the end of the party, everything was just great ! The food was delicious and everyone raved about it. Decided on using Big Papa Jai’s to cater my son’s graduation party for about 30 people. The food was phenomenal and a total hit, everyone raved about how delicious it was and especially loved the brisket. Even though I ordered enough for 30 people, it served more than 30.
