Big City Window Cleaners are the best! I got a couple estimates from other companies to clean the windows, and particularly the glass dome, of our church. David came and did a walk-through and Inga provided the estimates which were great and worked for our budget. They were both super friendly!When the work started, David and three others came and brought all their equipment. They were extremely professional in their work. Everyone was super friendly and they did amazing work. Nothing with pressure washing with splashing and dirt everywhere. They took their time and did a neat and thorough job on every window. The dome was particularly hard but they had the right tools and skills to get that looking the best it has been in years. They also cleaned all the solar panels we have on the roof, our solar carports, giant windows, and even the screens on the windows as well. Rarely write reviews but had to post about my great  experience with this company. From my first call to the office to the estimate then actual service with David, it was first class customer service all the way and they did a beautiful job with my very dirty windows! Appreciate the prompt communication, being punctual to appointments and David is such a courteous, warm human who clearly really cares about what he does. Pricing was extremely fair and appreciate that he didn't up-sell anything he didn't feel was necessary. Will 100% use Big City Windows again and refer to all friends. More...

I would highly recommend Big City Window cleaning. Â My windows came out so beautifully. Â Not only was Brandon polite and friendly, he did a wonderful job and paid attention to detail. If I could give this company 20 stars I would without hesitation. From my first request sent out on yelp, Inga replied immediately, by the end of the day Dave had arrived to give me the quote and Brandon arrived at 8am the next morning and did an outstanding job. Inga was a delight. Within minutes of my request she sent me an email with pricing and availability. I reached out to other vendors and they were not responsive and quoted me absurd estimates for 3 small windows when they finally did respond. Â I was able to get the team out to my home the same day and within an hour of arrival I had clean, beautiful windows. The team was professional, polite and made the transaction very easy. Bay City windows came to quote the project and arrived exactly on time. We made an arrangement to have them do the work the next working day. They showed up exactly on time and the technician did a wonderful job cleaning the windows in my 32 story apartment in downtown LA.He clean the inside and outside windows and also the glass panels at my balcony.Not only did he clean with a sponge and squeegee but he scraped off specs and other things on the windows with a razor blade.The price was reasonable i"and they excelled  in performance.Bay City windows will be my window cleaners for life.You will not regret using them. I have never left a review on Yelp as far as I can remember but I feel obligated to share my experience with you. I have worked with 5 different window cleaning company and Big City Window Cleaners are by far the best window cleaning company out there! I have done extensive research, compared pricing but more importantly I researched they way they clean the windows and with what tools. My windows are on a first floor in the Hills and we get lots of bee poop stains (I didn't know that until I met David from BCWC, that's how knowledgeable that guy is). They go out of their way to use ladders, scrape off those spots 100% and make your windows look spotless!! Be aware of other companies that try to sell u their "secret" solution and system they use. It's basically just a pole, a sponge and that's it. They want the easy way out and leave my windows full of spots that they claim will never come off. David immediately  said I will get 100% off. He arrived with 2 guys, all SUPER NICE, very professional and fantastic worth ethic. Don't hesitate, don't look further. This is a super genuine post and mark my words.
