Let me start by saying I was only able to visit Big Al's 3-4 times pre-quarantine but we have done take-out or delivery at least as many times since the quarantine. We would have done more but they closed for a while. Inside, the bartenders and servers are extremely attentive and fun. They treated us like family. One day at lunch, the server was singing along with the music. I loved it! So fun. The food is delicious, has generous portions, and is reasonably priced. Their wings are the best around, hands down! My daughter loves their veggie burger and mac-n-cheese. The French dip is my husband's favorite. I try something different every time and am never disappointed. Try Big Al's. You won't be sorry!! Tried out tonight Service was ok Asked what we wanted to drink. I responded with my drink and waitress never asked my husband. He settled on water as both times they asked, they only waited for my answer. We got wings, however had to order 2 orders as couldn’t split the sauces. Garlic Parmesan wings were dry and couldn’t even taste the sauce. Disappointed that we had to pay for ranch for the wings. I understand wanting to keep prices low but what we paid just for apps was just as much as or even more than ordering 2 full meals . Nachos were good. Not great. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was very bland. My wife got the fajita, which is actually not a fajita but a burrito filled with ground beef or *roast beef* (which is weird). It was very bland. The server was really nice, though. Prices weren't bad but the food wasn't good so... Went back to give them another chance. Food took away to come out about an hour and when it came out my Calzone had no cheese in it all. Then I was charged double on my debit card sure mistake can happen. I went back to have it corrected they apologized and said it was corrected. It’s been 1 week now and I still have not been reimbursed for the over charge. Very disappointing that a near restaurant in town and thus was my experience! I am amending my original post as the owner had reached out to me personally and correct the matter.
