I used their packing and moving services. They were at my home 3 times prior to the move to evaluate all that was needed. I was told 2 days prior to the move that I was in good shape and did not need to worry about packing any further . The day of the move was a totally different story. It was **too much**, any other moving company would walk away, and I was SO LUCKY that they would treat me **special** and do the move regardless of how difficult it was. WHAT? They knew I was on a deadline and totally took advantage. The Price went up and the quality went down. I am still finding damage two months later. They were careless and destructive. Valuable things are still missing and boxes are unpacked... so where are they? They put moving tape across hand-painted furniture, they broke the glass, they twisted hinges on antique furniture, lost the roller from an office chair, broke the arm of an occasional chair, over half of my lamps are damaged. The boxes I paid them to pack for me contained much of the damage. Their packing was pitiful. All of this I reported to them and their owner/manager Moses assured me he would help get them repaired. NOTHING BUT SMOOTH TALK FROM HIM...NO ACTION AND NO FOLLOW-THROUGH. I emailed the list he requested weeks ago and he has done nothing. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE ASSURANCES. Although he may be well-meaning and well-spoken, he has no control over his crews. This was a 250-mile single house/family instate move. We made a big mistake in hiring this company. More...

The owner Moses was very responsive to any issues or questions I had. His movers were pleasant. A large mirror was broken and I was told it would be replaced. I am still waiting for disposition. My mom (the person who moved) is 88 years old and the workers were supposed to pack and unpack. Her bedroom was not done. I coordinated this move from Arizona but my mom's boxes have still not been unpacked and no one from the outside can assist because of the Corona Virus, she is in Independent Living facility. More...
