I love this church!! We are one in mind and body of baptized believers of Jesus Christ, yet we have three (3) different localities in which to meet for fellowship and discipleship. In Hixson, in Chattanooga, and in Soddy Daisy. We have wonderful preachers/teachers of God's Word. There are classes for every age and interest. People who are committed to teaching children from Nursury age to 5 grade in our children's ministry to youth in grades 6-12. Classes for young adults to older adults. Adult choirs to children's choirs to orchestra. Outings for different age groups to Awana program on Wednesday nights during the school year for children up to 5th grade. Women's ministry and Men's ministry and missionary trips for both home and foreign missions. And this is not all! Just look at our website and come visit with us. You won't regret your choice. Do you need Jesus in your life or the life of your family? You will find Him here. People will listen and guide you in your walk. No condemnation because we are all sinners saved by faith in Jesus. Started going to this church shortly after it opened the Soddy Daisy Campus, joined about a month later. We found this church very involved in it's members and good programs for improving ones spiritual growth. We have three very fine pastors through out all three campuses,and we get to sample each one from time to time.We fill welcomed and you can get involved as much as you want. It takes a lot to get my attention sometimes. In 2009 when I made the decision to visit Stuart Heights Baptist Church it was the best decision of my life. Pastor Gary Jared and Pastor Darrell Davenport got my attention! I could relate to so many things (especially from Darrell)! So, I went back! I first came to Stuart heights 2 years ago, right after my husband passed away. I have never been to a new church that made you feel so welcomed right from the beginning! I was encouraged to attend by my good friends Kristi and mike Brock and can not thank them enough. If it had not been for the good Lord and Stuart heights ....don't know where I would be now. We started visiting Stuart Heights in the Spring of 2013 and within a few visits, I knew this was the place for my daughter and I to call our church home. We joined in August and since then we have engaged in many of the different areas from Sunday morning services, Sunday night services, Awana, Wednesday night classes, Mother's day out but one of the biggest impacts was deciding to host a small group during the "One Month to Live" challenge!
