We absolutely loved Biagios! We had our wedding there and felt like everything was perfect! Orla was great and constantly checked on us throughout the night. The rest of the staff was amazing, as well!! Our wedding was perfect and it’s all thanks to Biagio & it’s staff!! Orla was great & prompt! Omg, this is my second time having them cater food for us... YUMMMM! Their food is beyond amazing and there is always plenty of food left over (always perfect for the next day) I swear by this place, plus great breakfast options in the morning!

My son had his wedding this past weekend at Biagio and it blew my mind as far as how beautiful everything looked and great service and the cleanup crew and Blanca is the best and on top of it all. Orla was our wedding coordinator she is the best with her great customer service and being very attentive making sure we had whatever we needed/wanted!!! This place is impeccable. I totally recommend Biagio’s for any event you need. We had the Carolina room and The staff was great as far as fast cleanup and just the whole overall experience was beautiful . Amazing, & FriendlyOur wedding day was amazing thanks to Tracy and her amazing team from the bartender to the people that served our food they worked hard making sure everything was perfect. Tracy was amazing from the moment i started planning our special day, she always kept in touch making sure everything was going well, and the day of the wedding she didn't go home until she checked that we were taken care off and also called us the next day to check how everything went. I was married here 10/7/17! My wedding was actually taking place at different banquet. I received a call a few weeks before my wedding, that I would have to find a new venue- due to a running marathon downtown Chicago. My planner had done work at Biagio and ensured me this was the place. I meet Kim and booked the ceremony to take place in one of the room. Due to my funds being with other banquet and not released yet- I had a brunch ceremony and sit down reception at different location. We had a great experience working with Tracy. She was very helpful and did a great job of making sure everything was taken care of. She was very accommodating to our family (who were also in the wedding party + our florist) to make sure they had the time to get everything ready ahead of time. We just had our wedding reception at Biagio, and it was absolutely amazing! Tracy was incredible and worked with us to make the evening everything we wanted it to be. I had the great pleasure of officiating a wedding here last weekend. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to myself and the bride & groom. Can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful Tracy was! Everything went so smooth and our event was beyond our expectations. Our event coordinator Luz was just amazing, she was so helpful and was there every minute to make sure we were satisfied with everything. So happy we choose Biagio's for our daughters Sweet Sixteen.
