This winter we hired Boris Okun of BI Quality Painting to do a full remodeling in our two bathrooms and lots of home improvements in the three bedrooms, where the scope of work included interior painting, new crown molding, baseboards, recessed lighting, electrical wiring and the floor refinishing. Â We were very impressed by this company's services.Boris and his team did a great job on our house. Â They were always very professional, clean, timely, Â and showed up when they said they would. Boris was always available for us when we had questions or issues. He gave us many advices and recommendations that were implemented during the remodeling and he never charged us for the small fixes and helpful improvements he made all over the place.Boris and his team were great to work with. The quality of work was very high and all details were attended to our satisfaction.We'd definitely use Boris Okun and his company again and would recommend them to anyone who is going to do remodeling or new construction project. This review is written by my wife: "This bathroom remodeling project done by Boris Okun and his crew of professionals was by far the easiest, least stressful of all of my remodeling jobs in the last 8 years. I loved being told, "If we need you, we'll call you." The work was completed in 3 and a half weeks, (to compare, I had to live through 6 months of remodeling hell with other "construction" team), and the understandable mess was minimal. Â I loved his responsible attitude, his people would show up when they said they would, and Boris was always available to supervise. The quality of the work was superb, and all the details were attended to my satisfaction. I have been told that I am a very demanding customer, but with this crew I had no complaints. I fancy myself to be somewhat of a designer, and I found that Boris was able to implement my vision pretty close to what I imagined. I also liked his advice on design, when I consulted with him- his experience is invaluable. Â I absolutely love my new bathroom, and I am showing it off to everybody, who is interested in looking. Everyone loves it. His prices were fair and reasonable, but the look of my new bathroom is very luxurious and fancy. I had just purchased a new home and was contemplating with the family on remodeling and who to use for the job. I interviewed a couple of contractors but narrowed my search down to one and his name is Boris Okun and the company name is BI Quality Painting, Inc.  At our first meeting he was promt and attentive. He walked the home with me and provided his recommendations, which some I implemented. In the 3-4 month period of working closely with Boris I truly appreciated his demeanor, promptness, workmanship and constant availability no matter the form. The house turned out amazing and I don't have any regrets on the choices my family and I made. BI Quality Painting has served as general contractor for complete remodeling of our kitchen including plumbing, electrical, floor, backsplash as well as of painting and other upgrades throughout our condo apartment. Â All jobs were completed with the best possible quality and on time.Everybody warned us that such project would be very stressful to live through, but Boris made our experience as pleasant as one can ever dream about full-scale remodeling. The good impression started with very reasonable estimate and plenty of helpful suggestions Boris gave to us during his first visit.. He served us not just as general contractor but as a chief adviser and problem solver all along the project. He never charged us for dozens of small fixes and helpful improvements he made all over the place. The end result has exceeded all our expectations. We had BI Quality Painting do a full master bathroom remodel and lots of other home improvements (recessed lighting, painting, patching, electrical wiring, plumbing) during the spring of this year. We were very impressed by their services.Boris is great to work with, and he won't nickel and dime you for minor tweaks that might be needed/discovered along the way. They were always timely and showed up when they said they would. In fact, most of the delays in our project were due to our own failing in having all the accessories/fixtures etc. ready/delivered in time.We'd definitely use them again! More...
