This was our first time using Bheem Tax Service. I have been doing the taxes myself all these years using online tools and have also been to some other tax acc in the past. This year i decide to try Bhim tax services. Below is my experience:- They called me up once i set the appointment online and told me upfront what they charge for my particular case. I think fees wise they are comparable to any other tax acc firm- They have a secured portal where you can upload the documents and dont use emails to send documents - Vishy gave us enough time and went through our case and clarified all our doubts and did not rush us- I have seen tax acc in the past who believe in maximizing your returns by any means. I have been filing my taxes with Bheem Tax Services for 5 years now and I can confidently say I'm completely satisfied with service they provide.
They are very knowledgeable, accurate with deductions and explain everything in detail and very reasonable with the fee they charge. Unlike others who wait for
opportunity to rip you off, these guys are friendly enough to tell me if I'm better off filing taxes on my own for free, when they see all I have is to file basic

Bheem is pretty good ! A friend referred me to them as we moved into San Ramon. I felt the price is slightly higher than competition, but the services/value he provided compensated for this. He was meticulous, explained a lot (something I missed with my other 'cheaper' tax consultants who were grumpy once I asked a general question around tax savings), and even gave free advice (no liability) on my assets that i own. i found the experience rewarding  and would definitely recommend to others, and will go back next year ! Quick. Easy. Reliable. Much more affordable than a big tax service company (you know the one). I used to work with Bheem and can vouch for his wealth of knowledge. I contacted Bheem looking for advice on adjusting my W4 form; I'm currently having about 20% taken out of each paycheck because I have "0" claimed.  I sent him an email after finding him on google. I wasn't really wasn't expecting much in return to my email; I was expecting an email saying I can call to make an appointment and it costs $x amount. But instead, I recieved a very informative response explaining how I can adjust my W4 form to have just enough taxes taken out each check.  He included a link to a W4 "worksheet".  I was able to plug in all my information and it told me exactly what number I should claim.  He included some other tips and things to watch out for in order to avoid owing taxes.  Bheem also answered some other questions I had set forward, and made it clear he was available if I had anymore questions.  This was extremely kind and thoughtful for him to do over an email. I highly recommend Bheem for anyone who has any tax questions.  If he made himself this available to me over an email, free of charge, I can only imagine how helpful he is while in his office to his established clients.  I still havn't decided if I'm going to itemize my 2011 taxes or just do a simple 1040, but if I do itemize, I know who I'll be calling.
