How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Calculated plan and approach. Your body Is a science experiment, control as many variables as possible. Introduce the right movements in the correct way one at a time. Record How the body responds and only change one thing at a time.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Frequency! I see a lot of people in the gym do a lot of bad movements but they have the consistency and that will provide result. Having a Trainer can help minimalize a lot of the injuries along the way and save a ton of time
What do you love most about your job?
Results! I love when I see a difference in a persons quality of life either from appearance standpoint or how well they are moving and pain free.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I get promoted and moved up to high management positions frequently and quickly so I felt I had the skill set. Also I have very high standards with business ethics, I’ve had conflict of interest often in the past with most comercial gyms we have and I feel the need to correct that
Why should our clients choose you?
I care, most people don’t want to do that extra mile, I’m looking to provide a fair logical service at a affordable price. I understand I have a gift to help others through injury and body image; I don’t wish to abuse that. I want to help as many people as I can

I prefer not to, I really want to provide the best results I can and in person, frequently is the best way to do that. For the right person that I trust I will take on a small handful for online training
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
1 on 1 training, since COVID I have moved to a one on one environment, no need to worry about anyone else staring at you at the gym, can have total focus. Also Before and After every session I spray down everything with disinfectant.
Lean/Tone
Specializing in creating a well balanced, lean, tone and athletic body.
Starting with proper lifting technique, we learn how to make a proper routine, adjust diet accordingly and finishing with more Advanced Weightlifting Techniques in the end.
Injury Rehabilitation/Prevention
Specialty in regaining movements to the body. In example getting up and down off the floor or even something like putting on a sock. Afterwords getting the body to regain strength and increase overall endurance for life!
