My sincere thanks to the Beyond team for offering the virtual daily workout for the past 3+ months, which had really motivated me into the exercise routine with all the very fun and exciting workout sessions! !! I didn't realize the extent of the benefits that has built up my fitness and strength, until this week I'm back to skating. I can now sit with arms wrapping tightly around the shins gliding on the ice with no pains or stiffness in the knees nor the back. I'm so amazed as I've always had trouble with this move. And when I spin on one foot, my supporting leg is so much stronger now that it doesn't tilt inward like before, so now I can spin longer and faster. Thank you thank you thank you very very much Beyond team, you have helped shaping my wellness, and motivated me that I'm now hooked to workout!!! More...
