I came to Heather for help with my health, mindset, and career. My results from the Total Transformation 6 month program have been amazing. I have more energy, identified my food sensitivity and even received a promotion at my job. I now have a new mindset and see things from a different perspective and have a positive attitude towards life. I have been seeing Heather for guidance and reiki for about 7 years. She has been the backbone in helping me through many situations in my life. Heather helped me through multiple IVF cycles, cancer surgery, anxiety issues and migraines. I refer her anyone I know who is in need of support in their life, diet, health. I started the program because I was mourning the loss of my husband and needed help working through the grief. She was able to help me figure out the steps I needed to move on and find new solutions for my life. After finishing the Total Transformation program with Heather, I had great results. I am now pursuing my life’s passion, reduced my sugar intake, adhere to a regular exercise routine, and have a healthy social life once again. I highly recommend Beyond Better Life! Heather has helped me accomplish many of my goals and now everything is falling into place. Before Heather I was depressed, had unhealthy eating habits, had very little sleep, and lacked the self love I needed. With Heather’s help my anxiety and depression does not interfere with my daily life, I am more aware of the foods I am eating and the ingredients in them, I have a better understanding of what foods I’m sensitive to with the food sensitivity test Heather provides, I have more motivation to exercise, and have started to love myself and work towards my goals that I’ve put off for so long. Heather introduced me to reiki which has helped me feel centered and move through a rough patch in my life.
