Beyond Baskets

Gorgeously crafted baskets!Similar to another Yelper, I live in California and was in need of a gift basket for my mother who lives in LV. First off, I was impressed by how streamlined it was to do business: catalog, check out, notifications of shipment and delivery, happiness - quite a good first experience to this local business (local to my mother's house, which is coincidentally close by!). Like mentioned earlier, their baskets are quality crafted and was surprised to see that they added an additional Mylar balloon on the house, thank you! One critique I'd like to point out: please update the catalog details to have pictures of the varying basket contents as well as a list of what's inside. That would be great as I couldn't tell the difference between a Deluxe and Premium basket!Regardless...Mom loved it, and doesn't want to open it because it looked so well prepared :) Thank you again Beyond Baskets, will continue to be a patron of your business. I live in California and was in need of a plant basket for a mourning family. I called a few florists at 4 pm looking for same day delivery most said no more same day deliveries for the day EXCEPT for Beyond Baskets : ) They said they would make the delivery before 8pm. ..They delivered it an hour and a half later! Even more amazing. I asked for a little more of what I saw pictured on their website and they right away texted pictures of their inventory of plants even offered to go directly to their warehouse for a specific plant. The best customer service. I am very pleased. I was having difficulty placing my order online so I called them and the lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and kind.i would definitely recommend them.

This is newly opened flower and gift basket store. The aesthetic in here is beautiful visually. The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. The small of the flowers is hypnotic, you will want to just browse around leisurely and enjoy the gorgeous flowers and unique and well arranged gift baskets. If your someone who procrastinates like i do when it comes to getting gifts, then this will become your go-to spot. Even better this is a family run small business.
