We needed a flower bouquet for a dinner party. and stopped in to Bevess because we were pet food next door. The owner did not have a bouquet made, but said she would create one for us. She asked, “Do you want to spend $10 or $15”? We agreed to $15And she put together a lovely bouquet that was absolutely above and beyond!She won our flower needs in the future! More...

Great service and reasonable prices! Called the day before Valentine’s Day and ordered a dozen roses and a vase to be delivered. When my wife received the roses I found out it was only half a dozen. No doubt an honest mistake. I called to see if they would simply credit me the difference, but as soon as I informed them of what happened, the owner immediately said she would make it right and get the original order delivered ASAP. Within the hour my wife received a bigger vase with 2 dozen beautiful roses at no extra charge!! Wow!! I wish every business treated customers this way! My friend at work showed me the pic his wife sent of the arrangement she received from the florist he went with. He paid 50% more and she got an awful arrangement. He was pissed!! I couldn’t bring myself to tell him about my fabulous experience. I’ll just recommend Bevess to him when the time is right. This will now be my go to florist in Sonoma County. Bevess Floral was a lifesaver today! I called in to send a plant to a relative of mine. They were so helpful and were able to deliver same day at a very fair price. Bevess Floral is pretty comparable to most flower shops in Sonoma County. It is still a very good business. The customer service was extremely attentive and friendly. The staff even accommodated my special request to take a photo and text it to me before delivering it. The website could use improvement. The website is static and clunky. It would be nice if you could see a 3D image of the flowers and if you could see what the flowers look like if you chose a "deluxe" arrangement. As it is, you do not really know what you are getting if you chose to upgrade. More...

Although trying to arrange flowers for a funeral is never easy, our experience with Berta at Bevess Floral was exceptional. With one days notice she was able to put 5 pieces together for us! The service is outstanding! I got an arrangement for my bæ , I got 12 dozen roses! She at first thought, holy crud, then realized how much she liked it. Like a flick of the wrist the delivery person was at my doorstep with them. He had them strapped down in his Yukon as to protect them and make sure they were safe.They have a very sweet puppy too, which adds to the atmosphere.Overall it was a nice experience, and I would highly recommend!
