I own a small boutique hair salon where Broker LA Realty managing the plaza and In my opinion Peter is very detail oriented and truly loves helping others to reach their goals either in looking for a new home or sell their existing Real Estate investments or dealing with daily needs of the commercial tenants like myself. Â The plaza, where I conduct my business is always taken care of. When Peter took over the management here the change in a look of the building has improved, flowers are taken care of and the restrooms have been renovated, plaza is welcoming and clean. Peter was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our home buying process, definitely a 5 star experience!After investigating our options and struggling to look for a home for about a year, we finally met Peter and he gave us the most options. He was quick to answer questions and he presented and explained a wide variety of mortgage options. He is warm and down-to-earth but at the same time has a professional manner that really put us at ease.We made 2 offers within the first couple months of our search for a house, and were in a bidding war with 12 competing offers - and Peter's effort made us get the second house which is perfect, really our dream home! He was there for me every step of the way during transaction. I was very happy with my new home.
