What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help others find relief from anxieties or pressures from the world around them. I also love to help someone find a path that helps them become whatever they consider to be successful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is so much more people in need of help and direction than just those within 4 walls.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a non judgmental point of view. I am also well versed in traumatic situations and grief counseling. I take your emotions and beliefs into consideration to help you find relief.

yes. I will provide a zoom link or phone number that will be available daily between the times of 8am -8pm eastern time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am available for zoom calls daily as well as taking calls over the phone between the hours of 8am and 8pm eastern time.
Life coach
I typically help clients interpret desires and create goals of whom may be struggling with their current goals. Life coaches can help people refine their unattainable goals into ones that are actionable. I also help monitor and redirect clients so that they can achieve their new goals, while also providing motivation and strategy building.
Behavioral Therapy
I tend to develop and create programs that address the emotional, physical, mental and social well-being of patients. This allows the client to look inwardly and discover the areas in their life that has caused trauma.
