Hi my name is Jay and I specialize in helping women & men burn unwanted body fat & tone by gaining lean muscle. I graduated Brockport College with a major In Kinesiology & an minor in Coaching. Being a heads group instructor for the last several years I have worked with a lot of people.

Jason has been a life changer for me. When I first came to him I did not understand anything but how to yo-yo diet. He has been extremely patient with me and really helped me understand how my body works and what I need to take care of it. He’s an amazing trainer.
