What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people one-on-one, helping them connect the dots and sets goals for themselves. It's incredibly rewarding to be their guide.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to practice a nutrition philosophy that goes against the standard "eat less" messages we see from diet culture. You are allowed to eat what your body needs!

Yes, I currently offer all my sessions online through Google Meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All sessions are conducted virtually for the time being.
Nutrition Coaching
I offer my nutrition coaching in packages of 3, 6, 8 and 12 sessions. During our sessions we work on strategies to improve your food relationship and set goals for change.
Nutrition Strategy Sessions
Offered in 60 or 90 minutes sessions. These single sessions are helpful for creating a nutrition plan around areas such as meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, managing a new food allergy or other dietary change.
