I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and have kept myself in shape for over twenty years. I endorse a healthy, intuitive approach to exercise, instead of glorifying pain or extreme fitness trends. When possible, I prefer to train with clients outdoors at local nature trails, parks, or the beach.

Yes! I offer 30-minute live Google Meet training sessions. Each session includes a full-body workout to strengthen and tone your abs/core, legs, glutes, and arms. All you need is a yoga mat and one pair of dumbbells.
