What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
It's simple: do exercise you enjoy. If you're not seeing results, you may need to adjust your routine/intensity, or address your diet. But, if what you're doing makes you miserable, how successful do you think you're going to be?

Watching my clients enjoy exercise instead of being intimidated by it, or seeing it as an obligation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been active. But in recent years, I wanted to translate the values of prioritizing physical fitness into a business.

Yes! I offer 30-minute live Google Meet training sessions. Each session includes a full-body workout to strengthen and tone your abs/core, legs, glutes, and arms. All you need is a yoga mat and one pair of dumbbells.
