I am Women’s Wellness & Cancer Exercise Specialist who specializes in working with women 40+, especially those with chronic illness and cancer/cancer survivors.

I am specially trained to work with women in person or online and many of my local clients choose a bit of both.

In addition to my cancer certifications, I am a certified personal trainer and hold a number of other wellness certifications, all designed to best address the unique needs of each woman I serve, to help all women make their midyears and beyond their best years!
