Although I was only there for a job interview for Amazon, The hotel looks really nice, smelled really clean and the few employees that I encountered were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here.

We held our first sport stacking tournament here. They were extremely helpful and tolerated the “cups noise” great. We used the conference rooms which worked beautifully. All the stackers and parents highly praised the hotel and staff during their visit and overnight stays. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and kind to all of us. Excellent service, The trade winds restaurant was wonderful for dinner, best bread, butter, and Crabcakes ever. Nice comfortable premium mattress, shuttle accommodated me at an off time. Nice make-up mirror or shaving mirror. Nice climate control, nice soap. Very clean. Nice accommodations for Johns Hopkins Hospital plus discount. Only wish shuttle could have picked me up at the train and taken me back to the train. Is that too much to ask? A great adventure! More...

Excellent service. Used the shuttle service for our Cruise this past April. Everything ran very smooth. Room was clean and are car was safe and sound when we returned from our cruise. Booking again for April 2019.

I am currently on the 9th floor. As we speak I am laying here sweating and the air conditioner does not work. Even an idiot knows heat rises. .. there’s 8 floors of heaters under me running. I can hardly breathe in here. The coffee is terrible. The hallway smells like the restroom at Camden yards. Half of the tv channels are so fuzzy it’s not even worth turning on. And for whatever reason the put a portable air purifier in my room that looks like it was purchased in 1974. The water in the shower was Luke warm at best. I am pretty sure they buy their toilet paper from the local lumber yard. There’s at least 6 holes in the carpet in front of the dresser. The microwave handle is broken. The fridge has 2 settings... not cold... and frozen, there’s just no sweet spot... I tried. Oh and I have an idea... when a young couple checks in together.... how about you give them a room WITHOUT an adjoining door... I can hear EVERYTHING! I know exactly how this girl likes it.... even though I am not the guy giving it to her! I will say this though... lucky guy! I travel for my job.... I stay in a lot of hotels. Over the last 29 years I have had only 2 worse experiences then this one. Congrats to the management here.... they made the top 5 on my list of the worst hotels on the east coast. Next week Holiday Inn Express next to the stadium. I will gladly pay the $21.00 dollar per night parking fee. More...

This is the third time my mother and I have stayed here while I have tests done at Johns Hopkins hospital. We love the hotel and restaurant, especially the staff (Angel is just that. ..an angel, and Ivona is one of the sweetest and most attentive bartenders we have ever encountered). The food is great, the people are great...the experience each time has been an A+++! If we have to come back for more medical reasons, there is no question where we will stay ��� More...

I Love it. The food was really good. Crab soup & Crab cakes was really good & So was the Cheese Steaks sandwiches. & ZiZi was very nice. She took very good care of us. We stayed there from Fri to Mon 1 2018. And ate there twice. We was happy to have ZiZi both times. Only thing I was not happy about is we wasnt able to get tickets to the Comedy Show. The ticket place was never open & I tried on line & could'nt get the tickets there either. But I would definitely stay again. But wont deal with the comedy part. My mother & I stayed just one night to be close to the airport the next morning. We didn't use any of the emenities, but our room was very nice & clean. The desk staff was very polite & helpful with all of our needs. The breakfast bar had many choices! We used their airport shuttle to the airport. It was a very pleasant experience. The only downside was our neighbor next door had a crying baby, but it didn't go on for too awfully long. I will definitely use this hotel again! More...
