I just had this BBQ for the first time moments ago, and had to write a review. Ordered brisket, sausage, green beans, and potato salad. The brisket was super moist and juicy. I have been a regular customer of Frank’s Barbecue since it’s inception and have catered many lunches for colleagues. I am also a connoisseur of great barbecue and I can say without hesitation that Gabriel is peerless in the Permian Basin for his expertise in this cooking tradition. His brisket is as good as any I have enjoyed through my travels through the length and breadth of Texas, but his ribs, chicken, and turkey are also a marvel for the tastebuds. I could dine on Frank’s Barbecue every day! I recommend that you at least try it once as I am sure you will return to experience more of this delicate, tender, and perfectly seasoned barbecue, the result of skills honed over many many years. Awesome Flipping food!!!!! Best BBQ I've ate in Odessa / Midland. Everything was fresh & Hot. Homemade Green beans with Bacon, Homemade Smoky Mac & Cheese, Home fries. . all were delicious! I had the Gabes Burger & the Hubby got a 4 meat plate. I'm assuming the guy that helped us was Frank? great customer service, very helpful and overall just great hospitality...
