BEST Transportation

We used BEST to transport both our guests as well as our wedding party. On the front end, they were very responsive and easy to work with on scheduling everything and being flexible as we had to make a few tweaks closer to the actual wedding day. Also, they have a military discount! On the wedding day, overall everything went smoothly. There was a little hiccup and confusion with our guest shuttle as the driver didn't quite know where he was supposed to go or when, but this was quickly cleared up by my wedding coordinator and we had no further issues. BEST Transportation is truly the best. I am a Wedding Coordinator who works with them very often and I always feel so secure when my clients choose to hire them for their transportation needs. I never have to worry about the timeline running behind. I love the text updates they send me so I know they're on-site when I am setting up a ceremony or reception or in a bridal suite and can't stand on the corner waiting to make sure they arrive on time. Their chauffeurs truly care about their jobs and clients and it shows. I can't remember a time they didn't give my couples a 5-star treatment, from their welcoming personalities to making sure they get where they need to be on time. I can't leave without saying how wonderful Lauren Hussey is. She always goes above and beyond for my couples and works diligently to make sure everything is perfect. I have used Go Best Express on two separate occasions when I had traveled to St Louis, MO. I called to get picked up from the airport upon my arrival and set up my pick up time then too to go back on my departure day. We have had two opportunities to use BEST Transportation for our needs in 2017.  The first occasion was in February for my Mom's funeral.  We ordered a 24 passenger mini coach - this vehicle was perfect for family and a few close friends, to ride together after the service to the cemetery, and back to the church again. At a time of mourning, this was a perfect vehicle for us.  Our chauffeur was so thoughtful and respectful throughout the day and the vehicle was just immaculate.  The second time we used BEST was for our son's Homecoming. We rented a SUV to drive our son and two high school friends to dinner, the dance and around a few other locations.  We had such a great peace of mind knowing these kids would have SAFE transportation for their special evening.  Booking the vehicle was easy and the staff was gracious accommodating last minute changes. I think words speak best if they come from others, however, on a recent trip (towards the beginning of May) to St Louis based off of a meetup with a group of people from the wikiHow website, the company hired these fine folks to transport us from the Moonrise Hotel to the Four Seasons Resort (so we could catch the St Louis Fun Tour) and back from the Gateway Arch back to the Moonrise Hotel later on, and although a few of us were complaining of really poor rides (bumpiness of the ride) towards the back of the bus, I ended up sitting near the front of the bus (about the second row back over near the window on the passenger side of the bus) and didn't get that same reaction. I was a little embarrassed that people were having bad reactions and felt just awkward overall, but I didn't see much problem with the ride to and from where we were going to where we wanted to go. We got to each place safely in the allotted time on roads that might have seemed like the best choice given the conditions of the roads in St Louis at the time and the hour of day we were spending on them.Seats in the 20+seated van, from my vantage point, didn't look too bad - outside of a few tiny stains with no real rips on the cloth anywhere. (I can't say how much the group spent, as I don't know - it was pre-paid by the group to transport us both ways),  Thanks for getting me to wherever they wanted us to go in the safest manner possible - I really did appreciate the shuttle-service. I have been using Best Transportation for years in the hospitality industry. However, over the last 2 years I have been using best transportation on a regular basis to accommodate transportation for our clients at the new company that I work for. There are usually 6 to 10 travelers at a time. Sometimes they can be very needy and will ask the drivers to go from our site to the hotel to drop off their computers and to refresh or what ever. The drivers are total gentlemen and never say no. The clients tell me all the time that they feel like celebrities when they are dropped off and picked up at there destinations. The drivers are so helpful and friendly I wouldn't think of using any other company. The service is great form the booking of service with Kate to the last drop off. Thank you guys for all you do. I use GO Best transportation weekly.....every driver is friendly, courteous and on time. They are safe drivers too. We used Best Transportation to transport our large wedding party primarily for photos before the wedding. Our driver was courteous and on time and we were able to keep our pictures on schedule! Our driver explained the sound system so we were able to listen to music of our choosing, and made sure that we were all comfortable. There was also plenty of space for all the bouquets.
