Today my apartment caught fire. The dryer caught on fire and during the chaos while the firefighters were putting out the fire, this company came out there and passed out water to everybody not only that but due to all the black smoke in our apartment, we weren’t able to take any of our clothes with us or any of our baby stuff with us. They went and got my wife my son and myself clothes, diapers, shampoo, anything and everything that you could need, they went and got it for us! I could never repay them all I could tell them is how thankful I am for them and how it’s a blessing for them to be in this community and do the things they do. Vines Plumbing is all about customer service from office staff to techs.Julie and staff made sure I was kept inform from making appts all the way until job completion. This is my third and largest job with major leak under house. Jake and Peter arrived on time,assess the situation and fixed the problem quickly.They answered all questions including informing me to talk to insurance if a claim needed to be filed (they remained calm and it was good to know).Vines also sent restoration tech Darren out at no charge to check on status and gave all clear and let me ask more questions.
