Clay was awesome! So polite and respectful. He took care of a major wasp nest that had been growing for a very long time in our yard. He even cleaned up the evidence of wasp nests that he had taken down for us around the house. I 100% recommend Berrett Pest Control. This service call could not have gone any smoother. Kind, quick, and thorough from making the appointment through extermination of those pesky wasps that bit way too many people during their stay at our place. Craig is a warm hearted professional! He went above and beyond for us. I had been getting these weird rashes throughout my body and of course Google led me to believe I had bed bugs. I hadn't slept that whole week due to my anxiety and my thoughts. My appointment was scheduled for a bed bug inspection on the 7th and I tried to have it moved up to the 6th so I could finally get some peace in knowing what was going on. Unfortunately, Craig was in my area but I was at work. Craig later called me to ask if he could make my house his last stop to give me a better nights sleep.
