Bergvik Counseling Services, LLC

I saw Mr Bergvik for two group counseling sessions using Zoom. For the second session we waited 15 minutes, then I called Mr Bergvik to remind him of our appointment. This session started 20 minutes late, ended after 45 minutes, and I was charged full price. Any professional knows that there are at least two things wrong with that sentence.

During the counseling itself, Mr Bergvik didn't display any real interest in what we were saying. I've had the pleasure of working with about a dozen counselors, and among that group he'd be tied for last place due to his weak listening skills. He seemed more concerned with telling us his opinions than listening to ours.

Only the first session. We are going to have another one next week. But the first session was good.

I have been going to Mr.Bergvik for a few sessions now meeting both with him and his intern, can honestly say he has done wonders for me and really changed my perspective on seeking counseling services!

Would post a better review but I haven't actually gone to him yet! But so far his communication has been stellar!
