Gary is a very conscientious and experienced trainer. He works with a variety of clients, and I’ve known him for many years, both training my son in class and now myself at home. He varies the routines according to need and request, as well as handling unforeseen situations. For instance, when I fell and damaged my elbow, and another time when I broke a bone in my foot requiring a boot for 7 weeks, the routine was modified to prevent stress on the injury, while strengthening other areas. Gary essentially provides both strength and flexibility training, and physical therapy as needed. He is also well versed in nutrition and proper food, working synergistically with good body training. Helping my clients achieve their goals and educating them so that when they no longer train with me they are able to stay on track.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always played sports and as i got older started to realize that if i wanted to stay healthy and functional i needed to learn how to train properly.

I think im a great choice because I have a lot of experience training for over 20 years. I’ve had a lot of success and I’m always educating myself and passing it on to all my clients.

Yes i have been doing facetime training for 2 years with clients of all ages and fitness levels and have been very succesful.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For clients that are high risk aside from facetime training if they want in person i would take any precations neccesary as far as wearing a mask and distancing . At this point with vaccines i think we’re becoming more comfortable again with being around each other. As far as nutrition and vitamins there are supplements I use and recommend for everyone that helps keep your immune system strong to fight any pathogens.
