I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by encouraging them to workout as consistently as possible and to go out of their comfort zone. Working out is supposed to be uncomfortable! I constantly remind them of how they're improving throughout the course of time. As time goes on, I give the client more difficult exercises and get more work done in our sessions. I try my best to make each session more productive than the last!

I'm sure different trainers have different answers to this question. I feel that the secret to getting the body of your dreams (or close to it) is two fold. First of all, improving one's physical appearance is so dependent on diet! We need to be very honest about what we're eating and drinking. 80% of your physical appearance comes from diet and 20% from exercise! When it comes to working out, be consistent. Even when you're short on time, try your best to squeeze it in somehow. It's easier said than done, but it's super important!
