My time training with Danny Miller is the fittest I've been in my adult life. He knows how to change up routines to keep things interesting, and is great at helping with form and pushing yourself to accomplish more. Looking forward to exercising - what a concept! I had never done a bench press before I met him and I got to the point where I was doing multiple sets. Great gym. Awesome owners/ trainers who are very knowledgeable of fitness and diet. Plenty of equipment and small class sizes.

I’ve been coming to this gym for almost 6 weeks now and I’m seeing amazing results. I love the fact the classes are different every day and the trainers really care about your improvements and helping you reach your goals.
