Diet is 80% of any health and fitness journey. I partner with my wife, Bri, who is a certified holistic nutrition coach to ensure you’ll learn how to manage proper nutrition.

Progressive workouts, mobility to prevent injury/soreness, and meal plans that are friggin’ delicious!

Following a program you can sustain for life! If it’s not enjoyable don’t do it.
What do you love most about your job?
I used to study medicine and now I make a true impact on the health of others just from proper nutrition and fitness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m tired of the healthcare scam that exists in our society. I wanted to show people how much power you have over your health.

I work online through my own app with guided videos of me doing exercises and stretches. I write all of my programs to be customized to each individual.
Personal Training
In person training at The Forge in South Tampa. An amazing private gym that creates a comfortable setting for the trainer and the client to work together.
Online Training
Through a simple to use app I create a custom workout plan for you with instructional videos to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. This method is recommended as a hybrid form to the in-person training so I can teach you the workouts for you to do them confidently on your own and not rely on a trainer to be there with you every time you want to exercise.
