Belmont guys contacted us for a lien that we filed. We had it with our attorney who hadn’t done anything for 4 months with it. I turned it over to Belmont and they had full foreclosure suit filed which resulted in payment before my attorney called back and asked if he wanted him to file on it. Which we had ask for 5 times.
