Excellent customer service and beautiful flower arrangements.I was absolutely surprised by the level of thoughtful customer service and high touch personal attention. I used the online ordering function to order some flowers to be delivered to my wife at her office in Belmont. The day they were meant to be delivered, they did not arrive. I was understandably disappointed. However, it should be noted that my wife’s office is notoriously hard to find, and taxis often get lost.So, the next day I called the flower shop. The shop owner, Isabella, answered and I explained the situation to her. She was very understanding, and promised to get to the bottom of what had gone wrong. After a half hour she called back and acknowledge that it was a mistake on their end. She was extremely apologetic and eager to make good for an honest mistake. As a result, she offered to personally make an arrangement worth twice what I’d originally paid and deliver it that day. The arrangement exceeded my expectations, my wife was thrilled. The owner made the delivery herself and threw in a box of chocolate. Moreover she sent me texts so that I’d know exactly when she'd made the delivery. On my request of a dozen roses, not only were they ready in advance of the scheduled time I was going to pick them up, but they were by far the nicest arrangement I’ve ever seen. I went to Belmont Flower with heartache. I needed to order flowers for my mother's wake/funeral. Isabella listened to my requests and I left with a hug and feeling reassured. An absolute gem in Belmont. New owner in the Belmont Flower Shop space -- Isabella is AMAZING. A gifted eye for floral design and her flowers last a very long time-- often a full week or more. Fresh and beautiful. I wandered into the shop one day when she first opened. Isabella was so nice and I loved her work so much, I now receive an arrangement every week... a Flower Share. I have never met another woman who has as effortlessly pulled together such a gorgeous bouquet of flowers as the owner of this flower shop, Isabella. She is a natural. When you walk into her shop, she listens to you, she understands what it is that you want, and then she pulls it all together. Creativity at its finest! Philmont flower shop is in adorable, old world flower shop like you would find on the streets in London. But go inside! Transformed, with copper topped counters and workspaces, beautifully arranged flower refrigerator with many choices, and high top ice cream table for consultation. Don't forget to check out the beautiful lighting adorned with plants! Enjoyed to visit, have a glass of wine, and engage!Isabella, the proprietor, has beautiful eyes, they can capture and inspire the ceilings flowers!  After moving all over the United States and visiting many flower shops abroad, I would rank Belmont flower shop at the top!  Deliveries are beautifully wrapped in the door and with A silk bow, and always get effusive thank yous from arrangements from her shop.Strongly recommend!
