Bella's is the best freshest Mexican style famy restaurant in the area with a large enough meeting space to host service clubs like mine. They accommodated us on very short notice (less than a business day) for around 20 people and the food was fantastic. If you haven't tried their combo fajitas, my, my, you must repent! Super yummy! This Texas girl knows Mexican Food but who would think that I would find great Mexican 1200 miles from home? Bella’s Chicken Enchiladas with a white sauce was wonderful! ! Also tried their jalapeño hot sauce. Loved the flavor and just a little hot. The enchiladas also reheated well and tasted just as good 550 miles later. Bella's has such a fun atmosphere! The ambiance and mood as you walk in immediately pulls you into a different land. The service is super quick, but we were there on a Tuesday evening so it may not have been too busy of a night. The food and drinks were great! Highly recommend the aqua fresca! Good mexican food, worth the trip for the Guacamole Fresco. Having lived in Arizona for most of my life, I find it difficult to find decent Mexican food in Utah. This is not my favorite Mexican food, but it is much better than average. However, anytime I am in the area, I try to make a trip here just for the Guacamole Fresco. They make it fresh at your table. The addition of orange and lime juice really gives it a zest and flavor that other guacamoles can't compete with.
