Bella Vita Bistro is a great little gem of a restaurant here in Carson City. They have salads and sandwiches for lunch, but what them unique is the flavors that they have combined for these items. A steak salad with Gorgonzola Cheese and Black Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing for example. Another wonderful touch is the cloth napkins, and the newspaper décor on the walls gives you a sense that you can simple sit back and enjoy your wonderful lunch without having to be in a hurry. The food is top notch and the service is outstanding. It is well worth it, you just have to look to the East side of Carson Mall to find them but you will not regret it. More...

We had a group of 18 friends who wanted to meet for lunch, and Bella Vita was perfect. They pulled tables together for us, kept our orders on separate checks, and fed us delicious soup, sandwiches and salads. Everybody raved about the homemade soup of the day, so they gave us a free pint in a “go cup” to take home. We will go back. More...

Food was fantastic and we love the ambience, layout and decor of the restaurant. Service was great and found this place to be our new favorite date night bistro! We thoroughly enjoyed the wings, and the clam appetizer is fantastic with a lovely lovely creamy garlic broth!!! It’s a must try!! The Cuban sandwich was delicious and HUGE and my boyfriend couldn’t stop raving about his Rueben sandwich, he says the best in town and rivals Crosby’s Rueben in Lake Tahoe! This is my new favorite restaurant! I was so impressed with the food. Everything was delicious, the bruschetta and l the buratta were amazing, the salads are good, grilled cheese was awesome, and the chocolate mouse was ahhhhmazing.
