My boyfriend and I went last night for the first time he’s ever been. I was always very pleased over the years the last couple of times I went. They had a college coming with rows and rows of tables set up so we didn’t mind the wait. Once we got a table we had a very short to the point, wouldn’t stop long enough to let us say anything to her waitress. Which then again we took into consideration that they were very busy with it being a Friday night and all. My boyfriend and I then ate our salad and then our dinner came out pretty fast right after it. He ate his salad and a couple of bites of his dinner and within a couple minutes he told me something made him feel very sick.. he had to run to the bathroom which left me alone to eat my dinner. He was in there for so long I had everything packed up and ready to go when he got out. I was to the point where I was about to ask a waitress to go check on him. Something there made him so sick. With that being said, I wasn’t pleased with the food as much as I thought I would be, my boyfriend DEFINITELY wasn’t and our waitress was RUDE. So yes, I put 0 dollars on the tip because our night that was supposed to turn out as a fun time ended up into a place we will never go back to. Our waitress stomped over to another waitress when she seen 0 dollars talked to him pointed back to us rolled her eyes at us and gave us a mean look. UNCALLED FOR. just do better at your job, stop acting like it’s making you so miserable to do your job. I called and spoke to a manager and all she said was, “I’m so sorry about your experience here I hope that doesn’t cause y’all not to come back.” Yes I’m sorry but we will never be back, the least you could of done is offer to give us another meal for free to maybe try again or offer our money back after being so sick from the food. I hate to complain but we drove almost an hour away to eat at a nice place and have a great dinner and it turned out horrible. More...

When we called about booking my daughters 16th birthday party, we were warned that they were short staffed so we knew going into it that we would need to be patient. We decided to place one large order for everyone of appetizers and 10 pizzas. Even though they were short staffed, the food came out in record time and the service was amazing! We were never without drinks, extra napkins, plates, straws, to-go boxes, whatever we needed. Everything ran so smoothly, we never would have known about their staffing issue had we not been told. Food & service were excellent. They were short-staffed but the staff that were there went above & beyond. It was quiet when we arrived but by the time we left it was pretty packed. The place was dead. We didn't think they were open. The pizza was ok. Our waitress was very nice. They need better advertisement. Pay to have your company pop up first every time they Google Italian restaurants. Tell your customers to post reviews. I just didn't care for the crust. The toppings tasted great! The garlic and olive oil was nasty. You should do some dry herbs with the oil. It was nice and comfortable temperature wise. Most places it's too hot. Maybe turn music up so customers don't have to hear the people 2 tables away talking about dogs, cats and her adhd lol More...

We went to the Rome Braves game today and decided to check out Bella Roma Grill and the food was excellent, the service was excellent! I did not get our waitress’ name but she did a perfect job... kept our table clean, brought extra napkins without asking, refilled our drinks...she had blonde hair and we were there around 5:30 - 6:00. This is our second disappointing visit to Bella Roma. My wife and I visited with my parents in February of this year. Service was poor and not all of the meals are served at the same nor in a timely manner. It took 45 minutes for everyone to receive their plate and close to am hour for my plate to arrive. In addition, the fire exit closest to my booth was blocked by a potted plant and could not be used in the event of an emergency. This evening we decided to give them another try. My wife ordered salmon. It was raw and in the middle. When the waitress was called to the table, her exact word was the meal was "inedible". She promptly took the plate to the kitchen to have my wife's meal re-made. The second meal was delivered promptly, but was raw for the second time. We will not be back. The staff and manager were professional and courteous, however the 3 remaining meals cost $60. We have higher expectations for that price. More...

My dining companion ordered salmon salad. First piece of salmon was raw inside. It was returned to kitchen. After another 10 minutes, a second salmon salad came out. Salmon was still undercooked . even with masks and covid 19 , our experience was AWESOME! great service, as well as prompt service, HOT food, cold drinks and great portion size and prices. ....but the FOOD was amazing! from the rolls to the appetizers to the entree, you can tell they take pride in serving fresh delicious food!!! we had catfish fingers and calamari to start, salads with house dressing, and tour of italy, lobster ravioli and shrimp scampi! all of it was phenomenal. of course took some home!! we will definitely be back!!!
