What do you love most about your job?
I love being a coach because it allows me to utilize the years of life experiences that I have to help others navigate life more successfully.
As a survivor of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, a forced abortion, questioning God and turning to drugs all before my 17th birthday, then finding recovery at 20, going to college, the death of my father, fiance, best friend, and then my step son, I have learned that grief, sorrow, and pain are all a part of life what we cannot avoid. Therefore, the way we walk through these valleys is life is of the utmost importance. The joy we navigate loss, hurt, and pain can either grow us or stop us.
It's my life's mission to help others rebel against societal norms that say we're meant to work, drink, sleep, repeat, then die and instead, lean into the pain, learn from it and rise reawakened.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I went back to college as a pregnant single mother, at 21, I knew I wanted to help other people avoid turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms like I had from age 16 to 20.
During the first semester of my master's program for counseling, I learned about the Human Services administration program. It was a master's degree that focused on operations if a human service based business and the clinical side of being a life coach. After dinner research I decided this was the path for me. I switched degree plans and here we are!

Services are remote only. Travel fees will apply if the client prefers in person and they are located more than 30 miles from Dallas, TX
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our services are remote only. Any in person meetings are done with masks or socially distanced as much as possible.
