I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day.  The arrangement that arrived had flowers that were drooping and some were half dead.  I contacted the shop, and immediately they apologized and sent a brand new arrangement.  The second arrangement was much better, and more of what I asked for.  Their customer service is perfection and I will order from them again.  Thank you! I live out of town and found Bella Floral and Decor on Yelp because I wanted to send flowers to someone in hospice care in Elk Grove. I called at 8:15am and the owner answered while he was shopping at the wholesaler. I asked his advice about which arrangement to send after seeing the photos on the website. He took the time to explain that people "in transition" see the bright colors better and he customized the arrangement and filled it with gorgeous bright flowers including roses, sunflower, iris, etc. No run-of-the-mill carnations or baby's breath. The composition was so beautiful (Bella sent a.photo) that I called to personally thank them. The owner said they make each arrangement with love and I believe it!!! We had Bella Floral as our florist for our August wedding. Bella Floral came highly recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint! Our colors were coral and light blue and Jaimie did an incredible job on our center pieces-the perfect color range to make a beautiful center piece. Since our ceremony space was outdoors we also had Bella Floral create larger floral arrangements that would frame the aisle. The floral arrangements at our ceremony were the right addition to complement the beautiful forest preserve in the background. Bella Floral went above and beyond for us and picked up the floral arrangements that we used at our ceremony and delivered them to our reception. That was such a nice, thoughtful gesture that took the burden of moving floral arrangements off of my family and I. Thank you so much Bella Floral for making our wedding beautiful and less stressful! I felt like Jaimie really listened to me. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. He included her favourite color and arranged a beautiful fresh cut bouquet in a vase. How do I know they were beautiful? Because they emailed me a picture of the finished producet as well as delivery confirmation!! He nailed the two things you wonder about when sending flowers. I have been at a couple of events made more beautiful by Bella Floral & Decor, most recently for a charity benefit dinner. The centerpieces were gorgeous tall vases filled with flowering vines and decorative branches, topped off with the most beautiful purple flowers cascading down the sides. Candles surrounded the centerpieces, creating a calming atmosphere. The stage was flanked with smaller vases similar to the centerpieces and with floating candles. We had a last minute large family event and needed just the perfect arrangements and the perfect floral combinations.  I found the Bella Floral website and as soon as I connected with Jaimie we did not have to go anywhere else because he provided his 100% immediate attention and quickly came up with options that completely matched the occasion as well as our budget and most importantly, our very tight deadline!  It was all set up on time and the event was absolutely perfectly decorated with just the right colors and flower combinations.  We have since used Bella Floral for all our floral needs, large and small and they have designed beautifully each time!! I highly recommend Bella Floral. I was in search of marigolds for my students to create a Day of the Dead altar. I contacted Bella Floral and the owner gave me wonderful advice about when I should have my flowers delivered. I wanted them to last for quite some time and be ready for our school's open house. Not only did I get the most beautiful marigolds for my Day of the Dead altar, my flowers were delivered in a timely manner. I have received so many compliments on the altar. Ali and I were simply amazed by the beautiful environment that JaImie and Bella Floral created at our wedding at the Illinois State Beach Resort in October! Even the people who work banquets and events all the time told us they'd never seen the area made so beautiful. He listened to everything we asked for and then enhanced our vision with his incredible artistic eye for the use of light and flowers to make our celebration more than we'd hoped for! We had a ceremony, a brunch, a cocktail hour, and dinner/dance...and each component of our celebration looked unique and elegant, yet different than the earlier components.
