Nina was absolutely wonderful! I was immediately drawn to her vivacious and outgoing personality. She was everything we had hoped for in a wedding coordinator. She truly saw my vision and helped me to bring all the details together. My husband and I wanted someone that would help our day run smoothly and she was there with us every step of the way. She assisted us with finding some vendors we needed as well setting up and tearing down our venue. She was able to help us fill in all the gaps and was well-organized with planning our day. Nina was a godsend for our wedding planning from start to finish. My partner and I were in a unique situation and had 6 months to fully plan a wedding. Nina created the budget, helped us pick from the best venues, and even drove us to each venue. As neither of us were from the Pittsburgh area, we relied heavily on Nina's knowledge and expertise and she did not disappoint! It was such a relief to have someone take care of all the small details we surely would've overlooked. She helped us choose the venue, bakery, florist, food, officiant, music, and more all while making sure we stayed within budget! All we had to do was show up at our wedding and Nina took care of the rest. We needn't worry about set up and tear down (she even returned my husband's rented tuxedo the day after!) Bringing Nina aboard to help coordinate my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made! She is so organized and very knowledgeable with event planning, and great work with! She did a fantastic job working with our vendors and scheduling all the last-minute details. We chose Nina due to her great reviews, and her flexible packages since we were looking for someone to coordinate the details on the day of the wedding….and she exceeded our expectations! She worked with all the vendors in advance to coordinate details and to be sure everyone was on the same page. (The vendors loved working with Nina too!) She is pleasant, enthusiastic, sweet, and always happy…I never saw her get frazzled or frustrated. Nina resolved issues before I even knew about them, and others I didn’t know about until after the wedding. She was on top of every last detail. She was so amazing that I wish we had booked her to assist from the beginning. I know she could have helped us to stay within our budget (with her knowledge, experience and connections), and more important, saved us a lot of stress! My daughter and I were working through the details of planning her wedding, when we decided we needed a wedding coordinator. Our search led us to Nina at Bella Born….what a GREAT find! From our first meeting with Nina, the owner, I could tell this was a good decision and she would be perfect! She was very organized, efficient, cheerful and bubbly, and she knew her stuff! She listened to what we said/wanted, and made it happen. She had great suggestions, answers for all our questions, and solutions for all “problems.” Not only did she pull everything together before the wedding, she was FABULOUS on the day of the wedding. Nina and her assistant made sure everyone was in their place, the vendors did what they needed to do (even fixed their mistakes), and handled all onsite questions, situations, etc. - they were everywhere – I don’t know how they did it all, but they did – they were AWESOME! And at the end of the night they still had a smile on their faces and were just as pleasant and enthusiastic as they were in the morning.
Choosing Bella Born was one of the best decisions we made for my daughter’s wedding. As MOB, I wanted this day to be perfect for my daughter and still have time to greet our guests. They made both happen.

Nina did partial day-of coordination for my wedding and I cannot express how grateful we are to have found her. She took on the job with short notice, took time out of her vacation/travels to speak with me about the wedding, and did an absolute fantastic job coordinating all the moving parts the day of. It was such a relief to not have to worry about little details while getting ready for the wedding and to trust that she would take care of them. Planning my daughter's wedding was a great experience from the planning stages to the wedding day thanks to Nina. Nina was very attentive to every detail and was such a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding perfect. Whatever we requested, Nina made it happen. She offered her professional opinion, but also welcomed our ideas. Nina is absolutely AMAZING!! I got married at the Embassy Suites this past December and was so extremely thankful to have someone as great as Nina for my event coordinator. She is so sweet, attentive, full of ideas, organized, and is very knowledgeable about the whole entire wedding planning process! Nina always answered every question I had in a very timely manor, and took care of any concerns I had while planning my wedding. With all of the stresses and worries that are involved with planning a wedding, it eased my minding knowing that Nina would be present the day of the wedding. I knew that if anything went wrong, Nina would immediately take care of it! It’s hard to put into words how fantastic Nina is and what a joy it was to work with her. She made the whole wedding planning process so easy and stress-free. In addition, anytime I had a question or concern, she responded extremely quickly. She thought of so many ideas and details that I never would have thought of. Typically, the officiant is supposed to run the rehearsal… however, our officiant had no clue what he was doing. We all stood there aimlessly and it was quite mortifying. Nina quickly jumped in, got everything organized, and the rest of the night went great. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was taken care of. It was the biggest sense of relief knowing I could just focus on marrying my best friend and not have to worry about anything else.
