I cannot say enough about Bella Allure. I was in a rough situation with my hair, as I went from pitch black to platinum blonde and then tried to go to my natural color- ashy brown. I went to a different salon to accomplish this, and she dyed my entire head RED. It would not come out no matter what I did, what I dyed it, or how much I toned it. It got to the point where it was effecting my confidence and how I felt about myself. That's when I was recommended to Bella Allure! I told Jayde and Angela my hair goals and, although my situation was tricky, they listened and did their best to come up with the best solution for me. I now have blonde hair with stunning dimensions and BOMB Verity Extensions (Bella Allure Brand)! The quality of these extensions has surpassed all others I have tried, and I've been through the gamut! I had to have over 4 packs of extensions put on my head to accomplish the long and luscious look I was going for, and Angela not only installed them like a freaking pro (she is) but she assisted me financially as well. I was very disappointed in this salon. I saw all the 5 star reviews, and was excited to try it. I moved here from San Diego, and used to go to the Belli Belli Salon in P. B. It was the best! First of all, they don't contact you if you fill out the online form. You have to call the salon to book an appointment. I showed up, and the receptionist was not friendly. Actually started helping the person behind me before even finishing with me??? Then said, you're both checked in while I was standing there confused. I waited 25 minutes until I was called. No water or anything was offered. My other salon offered a variety of drinks to their clients. The stars are for the assistant, Tiffany, who was very nice, and took her time washing and blow drying my hair. I waited longer in the chair, and finally, my stylist came to do the cut. I showed her pictures. She cut my hair in exactly 4 minutes. She didn't show me the back, or the layers or anything to make sure I liked it. Then she said you can come back within two weeks to fix anything you don't like, and left. What!? Why would I come back. Make sure I like it before I leave. Then someone came and did a quick curl. Nicole Reynolds is a magician. I had a consultation with her regarding types of extensions, and we decided hand tied wefts would be best for my thin, fine hair. She even called over collegues and showed me theirs to help me make my decision, and took my lifestyle and maintenance level into consideration every step of the way. After all was done, she gave me her number to follow up with any questions, and had been so helpful!! I also purchased a new shampoo and conditioner (which I usually avoid doing, but I trusted her to give it a try!) and I love the improvement. My trust was not in vain! She made me feel better both inside and out, and the confidence I felt leaving the salon is indescribable. When you can't grow your hair to save your life, it wears on your emotions. She helped me feel pretty, and I'm not self-conscious of my hair and appearance anymore. That is worth so much to me!I've never felt so comfortable in extensions. As someone with thin/fine hair, it is so important for me to have my extensions blend in. Most are visible with the wind or when my hair is back (also important in my career as a dental hygienist to have my hair up). I've had i-tips, which I loved (and don't get me wrong, the stylist was amazing also!), but for my hair type and lower maintenence preference they proved to be too much and I had to remove them (*tear*)These are barely delectable, and I love them for a few reasons:1. There is only one row sandwiched between my top and bottom layers of hair, instead of beads or tape all over the place. And you wouldn't believe the magic 1 row can do!!! Nicole placed them perfectly around my head- they feel light and comfortable! Never thought I would say that!2. Less attachment points = less surface area = less hair used = less noticeable. Which also means less damage... yes please! 3. The color match  Nicole blended them so perfectly, I didn't even need to tone my current color. One of my biggest fears is noticing the difference between my own hair and the extensions in natural light. She erased that fear, and I've had sooo many compliments on how well it matches! 4. The handtied weft seam is thin. It is so small. You have to dig to find it- even in my thin mane. 5. Can we just take a moment to appreciate the speed at which Nicole works. So fast! While maintaining detail and excellence. She's a total star. Overall- I love Bella, and I love my stylist. They all help each other out and they're all so nice. The salon is pretty, and you leave feeling like an improved version of yourself!! Their merch is so cute too. I highly recommend Bella Allure for anyone looking for a great salon that makes you feel comfortable, welcome, educated and beautiful! This salon is fantastic! I am transitioning from dark brown/black hair to my natural grey/blonde hair.  Lexi has been gradually lightening my hair for about a year and has done a superb job. I recently needed to come in quickly before a trip and couldn't see her on such short notice. I was happy to get an appointment with Sam. Sam  exceeded my expectations as I wanted to add more grey which can be tricky. She and another stylist consulted (Nicole) and came up with a plan for my hair and made me feel like a Rockstar! Great hairstylists!   I have gone to  several stylists over the last few years and alldo excellent work.  To name a few, Courtney, Kassidy and most recently, Bree.   The hair color you choose is kept in their records and always recreated to perfection each time!  They also have a wonderful boutique with excellent quality items "without" the usual higher Nordstrom  prices.  I have found unique pieces over the years for gifts (and me!).  So happy to have found this salon in Temecula for my blonde highlights.  Also, Kellie for waxing has a delicate touch as I never knew it could be done somewhat pain free!  The owner and her daughter are super sweet, all and all, it's a great place for hair, shopping, hair products and you always find the receptionist  smiling while  assisting with your future calendar appts. I went in today for a color correction with my blonde hair. I have never been treated with so much care and kindness before. So many other places would have just colored or bleached (damaging) my hair and sent me on my way. They took their time making a plan to best treat my hair without damaging it more. It took a couple tries but I'm so happy and would recommend everyone to go there. They treat people amazingly and I have no negative comments about them. I could not be happier to find my "forever salon"!! After moving to Temecula I was on the hunt for a new stylist/colorist and I don't trust just anyone with my hair. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. ALL the staff are amazing, attentive and helpful. All of them! Jade and Angela are GREAT!!!! I always walk away with my hair feeling restored, color is on point and I feel fabulous. I have my hair cut and colored approximately every 4 weeks and every time that I have been there since this whole Covid thing, Bella Allure has gone above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is safe. They give you options to even be isolated just with you and your stylist. I'm not sure who wasn't wearing a mask but I know that each one of those ladies would never intentionally put you or anyone else in harms way. In fact, I feel so comfortable with their procedure regarding Covid that I sent my 7 year granddaughter in there to get a hair cut. Bella Allure has been amazing as I have been their client for a year now. They make you feel comfortable with their hospitality and you can get your hair, nails, makeup, and shopping done while sipping on your beverage choice. I love this salon! I've seen Nicole a few years now for a cut and color and she's amazing. Having dark brown hair, the color she mixed up for my root touch up is perfect. I love that she never cuts off more of my long hair than I ask too. The owner Angela is always available to consult and is so welcoming. The salon is super cute. They've definitely made some changes since the pandemic which gives me increased peace of mind. Nicole is so accommodating with scheduling me, especially now that they have to limit their capacity. Can I just start by saying I love every person I've met here so far?! I see Nicole & for the first time in my damaged, bleached blonde life - I love my hair! These ladies are so REAL! They are never salesy, pushy, judgy - I friggin love going! They make you feel like family and they know what they're doing. Came to this salon after deciding last minute that I wanted a dramatic change. I called and the receptionist was so sweet and helpful! She was able to book me an appointment for the next day. This salons hours are very convenient if you work a little bit late. I had no idea which stylist would be helping me, however the one they chose was a perfect match. Miranda was my stylist during the visit and I think I found "MY" stylist. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me some advice after taking a look at my hair. She pointed me in the right direction and was able to give me the outcome I hoped for!The establishment itself is VERY trendy, and very very clean. First let me say that Heather did an awesome job with my haircut! HOWEVER, despite double-checking that masks are REQUIRED when making my appointment AND receiving a text confirming my appointment and stating that masks are required, I counted EIGHT people within my line of sight as I sat in the chair getting my haircut who were NOT wearing masks, both sitting AND walking around, including an employee who approached Heather while she was with me to ask her a question! I am in a high-risk category (over 60 yo with auto-immune issues) and have been meticulously careful about where I go and checking mask regulations ahead of time. This was my first haircut since March. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of my cut when I noticed all those without masks, or I would have left. As an owner, you may not want to alienate customers who think they're exercising their rights when they fail to wear masks, but please be upfront and let potential customers (who may be high-risk or just do care about protecting themselves and others) know that you DON'T ENFORCE YOUR MASK POLICY. So while Heather was wonderful and did an excellent job, I'm disappointed that Bella Allure doesn't enforce a mask policy and don't know that I'd feel comfortable going back while we're still in the midst of this pandemic. This place was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I went. I got a haircut and a balayage done with Bree and it turned out great. I loved the color and cut  but a few days later I thought the color was too light for my complexion. Not their fault. I came in that same week and got it toned down by Lexi. Another beautiful color. I used to drive all the way to San Diego to get my hair done but now I found my new hair salon that's closer to home. Oh and all the stylist are great! An angel touched my hair!!! I went to another salon before coming here and the girl messed up my hair! Badly. I will post before and after pics. I thought I was hopeless. Honestly, I've never really found my "dream" salon and I've only been to Bella Allure a good few times but today was really sealed the deal for me. Every interaction and person I've ever met at the salon has always treated me so kindly and so sweet that I always find myself coming back. Although I can't say I go get my hair cut or trimmed as often as it's recommended, walking out of that salon always makes me feel 100% more confidence with how healthy my hair feels and looks every time. Today particularly, I had a hair appointment and I left feeling not as happy with my haircut as I normally do but I just didn't want to make a big deal of it. Everyone was so nice that I felt guilty for even complaining. I ended up contacting the salon a few hours later and they did not hesitate to take me right back in that same afternoon to make sure I was actually genuinely happy with my final results. No one made me feel bad for coming back or criticized me for not saying something before I left the first time, everyone was genuinely so happy to help and I left the salon feeling so content with my haircut and the service.Angela was so sweet and if such an amazing owner, same with everyone else in the salon. so grateful I found Bella Allure and my stylist, Jessica! from our very first meeting until now, Jessica has always been so accommodating and honest with what works best for my hair type, and she made me so happy with the transformation she did with my hair after a very bad hair color i got from another salon. I came to this salon to get my hair done and it is the last time I come. I came with my sister and we were never offered anything to drink. She was waiting for me for 3 hours. Many people would come in and waiting 20 -30 min for someone and they were offered water and coffee. The receptionist looked at my sister and then looked away and offered other people something to drink. Mind you we were the only Hispanic people there  vs everyone else that was white which is fine but when we are treated differently than others then there is a problem.
