me and my husband recently used bell trans for our return airport transfer. our hotel recommended them and even told us where we could find them at the airport which was great. the lady was lovely and friendly and it was US$35.00 return for two adults which we thought was reasonable. we didn't have to wait too long for people to board the van and we were off. hit some l.v traffic mainly lights lol sometimes take forever to change didnt have too many different hotel drop offs. they were prompt on picking us up at the advised time they said on the phone the previous day as you have to phone the day before to confirm your pick up. both drivers were friendly. i think you can pay cash on the day if want to use them, one couple did from our hotel. would use again if visiting l.v. I wanted this process to be seamless therefore; Booked everything Online before I arrived in Las Vegas. I Upgraded to a LIMO SHARE-A-RIDE for only $36 roundtrip (see the attached photo). I had to wait a few minutes once I checked in with Bell for my car to arrive. Brenden my driver was outstanding and very friendly, and got me to my hotel quickly as well as helping me with my luggage. On the return ride to the airport, my driver Stonley was right on time and got me to the airport at the time I selected. He helped me with my luggage and got a skycap to check me in.I highly suggest booking your transportation before you arrive in Vegas!!Overall this was a win win!! Great job Bell!! More...

We used bell transportation to go to and from the airport in a private shuttle bus and a sights and lights tour in a limo with champagne included. The drivers were prompt and friendly the limo allowed us to make stops off of the tour route and the drivers were such a pleasure to talk with even at 3am on the way back to the airport. In the future there will only be one transportation company that we plan to deal with and thats Bell! More...

They were as avertised, easy to get at the Las Vegas Airport, dropped off right at Ballys, driver explained keep roundtrip ticket and to call 24 hours in advance, picked up on time same place, was texted the van number along with Driver's name, Driver even called and said 5 minutes out, I will use them again.

I've used Bell Transportation shuttle many times to go from the airport to our hotel. I must say that I've never had any problems. But I wanted to let you know what a wonderful driver we had on July 12th. We were picked up at the Flamingo Hotel to go to the airport. Our driver was very happy, making little jokes, speaking with each passenger - so nice! There was a mix up at the second hotel we stopped at, too many passengers I think? We had a large group of 11 that went to Vegas the last week of June. We used Bell Limo service multiple times (sprinter van for large group round trip between Ceasar's and Excalibur), super stretch Limo from Freemont Street to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign and then hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Bell Limousine. We used them for a half day trip/tour through Vegas and the Hoover Dam. The upgrade cost to an Escalade over a bus tour was super reasonable and made the day much more enjoyable. We recieved first class treatment from the company and our driver Tim. I debated about trying a Lyft or Uber this trip to Vegas but decided to stick with the old standby of Bell Trans airport shuttle. The price really can't be beat - only about $15 round trip to and from the strip. This trip I had the best and nicest drivers both ways.I asked to sit in the front passenger seat and the first driver was more than kind and accommodating. On the return trip we stopped to pick up two disabled travelers at another hotel and the driver was exceeding patient in making sure they were securely boarded. I was impressed with his excellent customer service.My only advice is to plan ahead and allow some extra time so you're not feeling rushed as there may be multiple stops. Our first time using a Limo service. We chose the Limo ride share. Few bucks more than a shuttle, and 100% worth it! Our pick up driver, Demetrius, was amazing! He offered to take us anywhere we needed to pick up extra Vegas stay items. The limo was clean. We didn’t have to share with anyone, either direction. My best friend retired and we took a trip to Las Vegas to see Aerosmith. I hired the Bell Limousine "High Roller" transfer package as a surprise. Our driver met us at the airport in a stretch limo with a iced bottle of sparkling wine. Took us on a little tour and delivered us to our hotel. Again after our trip was over, they picked us up in another stretch and transferred us back to the airport for our flight home. My daughter and I took a spur of the moment, first time trip to Vegas last weekend and I booked town car service only a few days in advance. We used them to and from the airport and we also took their Lights and Sights tour and the Hoover Dam tour. All four of our drivers were outstanding!They were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable! They really helped us to enjoy every moment we had for the weekend with suggestions on things to do and best times to do those things! We arranged a stretch to take us on a 2 hour tour of the strip and Freemont street. Our driver John arrived promptly and was excellent. He told us a little history of the area and some funny stories. Loved Bell Limousine! Lillian picked up my party of 4 from the airport and brought us to the MGM Grand. She is SUPER friendly and sweet. She was waiting for us at baggage claim and was really helpful. Robert picked us up for the airport Sunday afternoon. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Have been to Vegas twice and used them both times for tour of city with friends and family. Lillian, our driver, was amazing. Very professional. Accommodating and friendly. Our first trip, my wife lost her wallet. The next day we couldn’t find it so we called and they said they didn’t see anything. We decided to catch a limo to our hotel after arriving at the airport. We were bringing our 10 yr old son to Vegas for his first time and he really wanted to have his first limo ride. We were lucky enough to get Benjamin who created an wonderful experience for us. Booked the round trip Limo and champagne package for Mothers day so we did not have to catch a shuttle from the airport with a 2 year old. Benjalmin Villegss (our driver), was very freindly and informative with best places to take the kid, to eat and so on. Champagn was ice cold and limo was clean and cool. My wife and 2yo Were noy only surprised, but treated us like stars. Instead of just driing us directly to the hotel, he drove us up the strip and back again taking the whole hour that we paid for. Perfect way to unwind after being on a plane, before that mad rush to check into the hotel. For the return trip, he was early and got us to the airport un more than enough time. He made 2 of the most stressful parts of any vaction, a calm and enjoyable experiance. The price was $120 (excluding taxes) and was worth every penny. For the amount of drive time we used. My husband and I had to quickly arrange for a driver in Las Vegas, for a business appointment. We needed a driver for approximately 4 hours to pick us up at the airport, take us to an appointment, and return us to the airport. I contacted 6 different companies for two days, finally finding Bell Limousine. Four companies never responded after I left a message for them. An online company finally responded AFTER I needed the service/driver, telling me that no drivers were available. The staff at Bell Limousine was incredible. The first person I spoke with took down every detail of our trip, immediately quoted me a price which was very reasonable, and scheduled our pickup and 4 hours of service. As fate and the weather would have it, our flight was 2 hours late. Bell had sent me a message saying a driver would be waiting at the revised time. The driver was absolutely fabulous. She got us right out of the airport and to our meeting and got us right back to the airport for our flight home. The service was perfect. Best yet, since we didn’t actually use the entire 4 hours scheduled (even though they had to reschedule the driver) they only charged us for the time we used.
