I just started my journey with this non-profit organization. I am very hopeful that we will overcome the stressors in my life. I had a wonderful first experience. I had arrived on time for my 5pm appointment but was told I was mistakenly scheduled for the morning instead. I was told I may have to wait for an hour until I was seen. I was so thankful for Shelia's helpfulness and willingness to do my intake interview (isn't as scary as it seems) and soon after the paperwork was finalized, we were discussing the topics that were troubling me. She seemed to understand the amount of courage it took for me to go there in the first place and I really appreciated her honest feedback, thoroughness of the details of treatment and her friendly personality.
