What do you love most about your job?
Seeing others surprise themselves as they become the leader and impact catalyst they always wanted to be and didn't know they could. The gratitude I receive from helping cause lasting performance breakthroughs for my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was never just about starting a business for me - it was about doing something that lit me up; something I felt could make a major difference in the lives of others and cause a significant impact on a global scale.
Why should our clients choose you?
Accelerated and simultaneous results. I don't waste time on spending marketing dollars to create life-long clients. If you are my client for more than 6 months, I am not doing my job. Many coaches are looking to create a dependent relationship between the clients and themselves; for me it's quite the opposite. The work I do inspires and empowers my clients to take actions that create the results they want, and creates an independence of me. When we cause a breakthrough in an important area for them, which generally happens in about 90 days if they take the coaching, there tends to be multiple breakthroughs that take place all at the same time in several areas.

Yes. I offer the ability to host online performance coaching conversations via Zoom. I have been facilitating coaching and training online for several years, and have developed an uncanny ability to make my clients feel close and connected with me, even when they are physically a thousand miles away.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being online prior to Covid, I have not had to make any major adjustments for my clients. We are just as safe as ever.
