The food was amazing. My boyfriend, friends and I went to try out some of the food carts at the Beehive and we all liked what we had. I had the blackened fish tacos and pretzels with beer cheese from Kyes cuisines and it was amazing. My boyfriend tried the chicken gyro and he was finished with most of it before I sat down to eat my food. We got there at like 7:15ish and stayed under the covered area because it was a little cold and windy but we made it work. Also, most of the carts were closing up around 8. And one of the owners come up and talked to us for a few minutes. And another one from a different cart came and offered my best friend a hot apple cider because he said she looked cold. It was super nice. Definitely will go back again to try the other food carts soon!! More...

The food carts at beehive are exceptional!!! But todays service was above and beyond! Found out a few weeks back that i could call in my order to dalias rather than wait so i went ahead and decided to call my order in today because i knew i wouldn't have time to wait. Stephanie answered the phone i put my order gave her my name, and when she realized who i was she took an extra second out of her day to ask how my family and i were doing. That meant the world to me! And when i arrived she greeted me by first name, took my payment and handed me my food! Thank you to all vendors at beehive for doing what you do but today a special thanks goes to Stephanie at dalias for making todays visit so wonderful! More...

We liked it and will be back again soon. My son had a chili dog from Dawgonit and he said it was the best dog of his life. Great fries too. I had a gyro from Gyrolicous and it was great flavor. Everyone was friendly we just had wished the heaters had been on or a fire going. We were there on a Monday at around 6pm so it wasn’t very busy. More...

I had yummy BBQ from Cindy Lou’s! I love the jalapeño rice. The pulled pork is fantastic. Then had strawberry ice cream from the ice cream truck! So good! Excellent! So many good food carts here. I could eat here every day if my family would let me! We really needed this in Salem. My only complaints (suggestions for improvement) are that they need more shaded seating (WAY too hot during summer evenings to sit in the sun, and some more canopies for drippy weather would help) and that many carts have been closed when I've shown up for lunch or a later dinner. Oh, and the parking lot has been completely full a couple of times so we had to go elsewhere. Despite those challenges, this has been an excellent addition to our restaurant choices out here in South Salem! More...

We had the sliced brisket platter with the jalapeno rice. It was AMAZING. Great smoke on the brisket and the jalapeno rice was soooooo yummy. I spent 10 years in Houston and this brisket brought back memories. I would take a huge side of the rice and have it with dinner! We also had the asada street tacos.
