There are many elements that make a website stand out. I'd highlight unique and idiosyncratic. To stand out from your competition, you need to highlight how your brand is different and the right choice. Using your logos color scheme also is important to this process.

Have multiple ways for a client to contact you - meaning multiple sign-up forms and contact forms. Always display links to social media feeds and make it fun and informative. A site that engages someone to spend more time on the site and going deeper on pages.

There are a few basic questions - 1) what is the end goal - brand extension or improving ROI? 2) What is the budget you are working with? 3) are you utilizing all channels - DM, Social, digital, email, print, on-page - in a omnichannel approach? 4) what is the most immediate need and let's start with that - then expand your brand!!!

The mixture of analytics and creativity. Being able to build a campaign for a client, build their unique vision for how their brand will be represented and then analyze results. Also, working with a variety of clients, in multiple verticals is amazing. You learn about new industries and they benefit from your marketing expertise.
