I first want to thank Amanda for her great costumer service and professionalism with her business. Contacting her and getting my orders situated was easy breezy. No headache at all. That alone made me feel good ordering my cake from her. I ordered two cakes with my event a week away and she made it happen. I was ecstatic when I seen the cakes. I wanted a cute treat table for my nephews first birthday but I also wanted edible and great tasting cake as well and boyyyy did Amanda deliver. First of all getting in contact with Amanda was so easy. Very timely with her responses and extremely professional. I have her the theme for my nephews birthday and she delivered. When I saw her creations I was overjoyed but once we tasted the cake I was beyond myself. Normally with custom cakes you may see a pretty cake but it doesn’t always taste as good. Not Amanda’s cake! OMG!!! Before I get into how good my desserts were (and I don’t eat cake lol) I just want to say how professional this young lady Amanda is! !! She was very patient, thorough and understanding with me since I was a total basket case not to mention I had no idea of what I wanted but she brought out her pad with the designs she drew and blew me away. So after a few weeks of me being indecisive of what I wanted we figured it out and she went to work on the master piece. So day of the party traffic wasn’t on our side but hey shit happens � all my worries quickly flew out the window when she arrived and set up I WAS SPEECHLESS �!!! She set up, sweated out her wrap � but did the damn thing!!! Honestly, I’m sooo glad I put my trust in Amanda for making the cake for my baby shower! She was prompt in responding and delievery. She snatched my vision straight out of my head and executed PERFECTLY ! I ordered a two tier vanilla cake with strawberry and dulce de leche filling.. Amanda is EXTREMELY skilled in what she does. The cake that I ordered, which was a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling and white and gold themed decor, came out even better than I had imagined. The cake itself was soft, fluffy, and delicious. The buttercream was not overly sweet, and wasn't too thick. The presentation itself was perfect. In addition to the cake, she also made a dozen cupcakes, and a dozen cake pops, of which was a definite crowd pleaser. I didn't do a big party this year because I plan on doing a big 5 yr bash next yr and Amanda really made Sarai feel like the star of her class when she had these at her classroom celebration. From the handmade snowflakes, sugar crystals, edible glitter and sugar pearls my Frozen Fanatic Princess Sarai was beyond pleased with her delectable delight.
