This place is the best! I became a member in 2016, and as a new Cross Fitter! When I started I was a little intimidated even by the word Cross Fit. However my concerns were quickly changed! The coaches are wonderful and not matter your fitness level or your ability to do the movements the coaches take the time to ensure that you are comfortable with the movements. I went into Beautiful Disaster for a Free Trial class and the coach, Eva, was so kind and walked me through every step. Hands down best box in Orlando! My home away from home for sure. When I first started Crossfit I was super intimidated (like most people are) but at CFBD everyone is so welcoming that you forget you were even intimidated as soon as you walk into the door.
