What do you love most about your job?
The greatest joy I get out of my career are the positive impacts that I have on my clients. It's nothing like providing support to help clients accelerate into their full potential from their starting point.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The declining long-term survival rate of small businesses was the sole inspirational source behind the development of Beast Elite. According to the SBA (Small Business Administration), 66% of small businesses survive at least 2-years while 50% survive at least 5-years. Additionally, about 1/3 of all new businesses will survive at least 10-years or more. Studies prove the number one leading cause of many failed businesses stimulate from the lack of active cash flow. However, the true leading factor of which I discovered during my years of advising clients is that many small businesses actually fail due to a lack of planning. As I often recite, "if you fail to plan, you plan to fail."

What separates us from our competitors is that we don't believe in the "one-fix all solution" or "instant gratification" business models. Despite our client's industry and market segment, every business is different and requires a strategy that is custom-tailored towards their needs. Yes, due to COVID and our international reach, we work with clients online through our phone and web conferencing capabilities.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a consulting firm, we switched from working with clients in-person to solely online.
