I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Zach with BBK9D. Our rescued giant schnauzer, Earl, has been struggling with dog reactivity since we brought him home 3 years ago, and while we tried so many things to work through it, his reactivity was causing so much stress for both of us. But after working with Zach for 4 weeks, I am amazed at the transformation I've witnessed in Earl's behavior.

Earl's reactivity has significantly decreased over the course of our training. While he still has challenges, we are more equipped to handle them with confidence, resulting in far less intense reactions, and I now have the tools to manage his reactions effectively. The socialization exercises and controlled introduction to another dog has been invaluable. The day Earl was able to make another dog friend, I was filled with tears of joy and pride.

In addition to his expertise, Zach also provided excellent resources for continued practice at home. He shared tips, training exercises, and even recommended some different training tools that have proven to be super helpful. Zach also made sure we knew that he is always going to be a resource for us. If we run into something a few months down the road, he will always be a resource for us.
