I have been working with Josh Moore and his staff for approximately 10 years. Bean Lab has a Smart Vault which enables the client to look at his present return as well as past returns. The Smart Vault is secure for all documents to upload and makes it easier for both parties to discuss if any questions comes into play. Josh Moore and his staff always returns my phone calls to answer my questions. Josh Moore also did my sons’ return last year because of the W-2s from two different states.
