We like BeameupBBQ because the BBQ is really lean, moist and flavorful. You can choose between 3 types of sauces, which are all really good. Their coleslaw is good too.

The wife and I were passing through Lexington on our way to nowhere in particular, and we Googled restaurants for suggestions. This place had a high rating, so we sought it ought. My daughter owns a very good pork BBQ joint outside Richmond, VA, so I'm familiar with the cooking methods and desirable characteristics.
