Last Friday night I messaged Jennifer regarding a portion of my website getting a 404 message, thinking that she might get back to me in the morning, but most likely on Monday. I was responded to within moments. Before 15 minutes had passed it was discovered my site had been hacked and her technician while on vacation was logged in and fixing the issue. I am so ridiculously pleased with the above and beyond level of service I received I don't even have words. I find the staff at Beacon easy to communicate with and pleasurable in general. I am grateful for the role they play in Anchorage marketing... Making it accessible to the smallest of businesses and educating the business community through conferences of leaders in social media, and inbound marketing. Rob and Jennifer don't stop. Beacon has stepped up their game again! They hired a new person named James. He sat down and did a review with us, which is normal. However, he really took the time to listen, study our market, and asked others about their perception of our market so we could target a particular crowd. By the way- this crowd is very difficult to obtain and to target and we have scratched our heads for a year! Then he met with Beacon and they came up with a game plan that will be a real game changer for us. What was even more special is he didn’t stop – he kept going!! He then set another appointment to create a partnership with another company. Then assisted both companies in working together to increase our business with a special marketing plan.
